Join us for the 9th Annual Star City Pride Festival Friday, July 7th (4 pm to 12:00 am) and Saturday, July 8th (2 pm to 12:00 am) at the Lincoln Journal Star Tailgate Lot (9th and Q)!!
Day of the event ticket prices will be $6.00 for a one day pass and $10.00 for a two day pass. There will not be pre-sale tickets available this year. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the entrance. Children 7 and under are free of charge.

This year’s Theme for Pride will have “Alphabet” Soup Cans with the letters L-G-B-T-Q-I-A on them and our Logo “OUT OF MANY, ONE” which is the meaning of the Latin phrase “E PLURIBUS UNUM”. E Pluribus Unum refers to the fact that the United States was formed as a cohesive single nation as a result the thirteen smaller colonies joining together. Our community identifies with many letters of the alphabet but with all of us coming together to form a cohesive single community.

The final line up of speakers, bands, vocalists and drag performance times will be announced mid June. Please follow the event for updates!
Saturday we will have vendors set up from 2 pm to 8 pm. Our Kidz Zone, sponsored by Child Guidance Center, will run from 4 pm to 7 pm. Face Painting and balloon designs will be available from 5 pm to 7 pm. This is an all age’s event. Animals will not be permitted.
Discounted limo rides will be available from Panic Bar and The Alley for $5.00 per ride or $8.00 round trip. Offered by James Lafayette of the Lincoln Wedding Chapel.
